I liked the price. The flat was affordable and comfortable. Also not far from the center of town. It was a fairly quiet location. The sun on the balcony in the morning is lovely. The cornettos at the nearby Cafe Il Presidente were fantastic. Sitting on their terrace in the morning sun with a pistachio cornetto and a cappuccino was one of the great memories of the trip.

The bidet sprayer leaked, which meant the bathroom floor was constantly wet. There was no large trash can, only the small one in the bathroom. No kitchen towels. The caffetiera had no handle, so I had to pick it up with my hands, and the oven mitts were very thin, which meant hot hands. No sugar was provided - the big canister with white stuff in it is full of salt. And the narrow driveway - OMG. I chose this place largely because we had a rental car and there was private parking. However it was quite narrow. We had a station wagon, and it was rather tricky getting in and out. Common enough in Catania but not something I was used to.

Das Apartment liegt in einer spannenden Umgebung, die Altstadt ist bestens zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung, mit einem grösseren Auto ist die Zufahrt ein wenig anspruchsvoll jedoch machbar.
