the house has a parking this is top value for money you feel safe to leave the car at night also if you have luggage is easy to carry them inside the parking is narrow and you have to maneuver to get in and out but if you have a small or medium car you manage it. you have to get the remote inside the apartment then you can open the gate to allow the car inside. check in is at 12 that is also good many places make it 3 pm that I find really abusive so this is very friendly. place is silent you have some cock in the nearby yard you can hear and see them but they make the place original.

check out is specified 10 to 11 but at 10 you have cleaning lady at your door, I guess it's because they want to avoid guest to stay longer, in our case we left 11 sharp we had a lot to pack , but the cleaning person was not happy like she has to wait too long, it's not clear when is the exact time it 10 or 11 ? even so I think you should have a minimum 30 min flexibility .... I understand they need time to prepare and clean for a new check in Just specify exactly if its 10 its 10 . Czysto, wewnątrz przyjemna duża przestrzeń, ładnie urządzone, wygodnie- wszystkie sprzęty np. suszarka, narzędzie kuchenne dostępne. Wieczorami i nocą cicho. Blisko centrum.

Okolica niezbyt przyjemna, ale to raczej kwestia całej Katanii i jej atmosfery

A szállás közel volt a látnivalókhoz, élelmiszerüzlethez, gyalogosan, illetve 1 metrómegállónyira a vasútállomáshoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz.

Excellent value for money, nice relatively central loft, quiet (maybe because it was not high season?).

Some non-critical little things could perhaps be fixed or upgraded to improve the property even more (door lock, countertop light, shower).

Mieszkanie na poddaszu więc aby nie było zbyt gorąco trzeba było mieć zasłonięte okna dachowe i ciągle włączoną klimatyzację, niesamowita ilość komarów, mieszkanie na II piętrze ma utrudniony dostęp z walizkami (wąskie schody), tylko jeden komplet kluczy utrudniał organizacje wyjazdu
