El apartamento es nuevo y con todas las comodidades. La calle de entrada es un poco fea, pero el barrio es tranquilo, muy cerca del centro y con opciones cercanas para comer

La casa è molto spaziosa e ben tenuta

Forse il cancello d’ingresso per le auto è un po’ stretto , con un auto grande ci vogliono un po’ di manovre per entrare ma volendo si può parcheggiare in strada

Nice apartment and courtyard. Well equipped apartment. Garage has washing machine . Secure and safe.

Outside apartment lots of trash, rubbish and could be intimidating at night. We were on an 11 night stay. Neither towels or bed linen changed. Room wasn't cleaned and only 1 toilet roll was left for the entire stay. Normal practice is after a weeks stay linen is changed and room cleaned as part of the stay. Cleaner did explain additional charge for those would be levied if requested.

Spacious. Clean. Functional. Good position in the city centre. Nice yard with car parking possibility.

It would be nice to have a microwave oven.

Parking is for realy small car Noise is present by night and day. Average cleanliness. Solid eqiped. Bad is too hard .

The apartment is spacious very clean and in the best location. The complex also has its own private parking, it is a bit tight but great since the neighbourhood is a bit on the down side. Enrico & Chiara were very helpful in any questions that we had and even offered to hold onto our luggage since check out is at 10 am and our trip was at 9pm. Do not judge a book by its cover they say and with this place that is exactly right. The neighbourhood is a bit creepy but the apartment and location are on point!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Enrico and Chiara!!

The neighbourhood and maybe the apartment can have a washing machine.

- the apartment was clean, big and confortable. - location ok (even the sorroundings are not great, a five minutes walk and you ll get to the good stuff) - the fact that it has free parking inside is a great, at least for that area (though it s very narrow parking space, and if you aare not a fan of parking is a bit difficult. For me, was a nightmare:)))
