Case Vacanze - Antico Corso

The apartment is ideally located, and only a short walk to nearby cafes, restaurants, and main tourist attractions. It was perfectly clean, and plenty spacious for the price. Everything looked exactly as the photos. We never met the hosts, but they were always quick to reply to messages. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, so it was easy to cook different meals.

The most notable thing was how lack lustre the air conditioning was. We were hopeful when there was a unit for the living space and the bedroom, but I can’t say we ever felt particularly cool. The pillows were a little thin, so was a bit tricky to get comfortable, would’ve been great to have two each. Regardless, we would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect - clean and comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The location was great as well. The host Enrico is friendly and helpful.

We did not meet our host, but we feel that he is thinking about us. We found all the facilities, dishes, tableware, salt, sugar and even oil. On the table was the list of answers to all questions we would like to ask. Like where is the nearest supermarket? or if the tap water drinkable? It is possible to park in the yard, but I would not recommend using this option if your car is big. As the host said there is no problem to find the parking just close in the street.

I did not pay attention to the fact that our apartment is on the second floor. At first I supposed it will be difficult to go upstairs but the stairs are not so difficult.

I was a bit confused about the time of checking out. Booking.com mentioned about checking out between 8a.m amd 2 p.m, and the place established the time for 10.a.m .Everything was finally cleared up and we had left the place before the cleaning stuff came.

Nice apartment near historic city centre and delicious local restaurants 5 minuts walk. We had a great stay, it was quiet, warm and comfortable.

Parking space is rather a part of the entrance, really hard to use it, so we parked on the street, but it is just a small inconvenience.

Great location for a stay in Catania. The area might look a bit run down, but I felt safe. The house is right next to a school so it can get a bit loud in the morning. However, the apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped. The huge bonus is the ability to park the car in the driveway / garage, as long as you're not driving a big SUV - our little Fiat 500 fit in just nice.

The only thing we truly missed was wine glasses - there was only one ;)

A very good sized apartment and really well equipped (well thought through with all the things you might need to have a comfortable, easy stay). A very nice patio area outside to relax in

The location is a little further out from the centre of some of the key parts vs some other options but that did make it more secluded and still within easy walking distance
