Great value for just one person, let alone 6!

Provide breakfast.

Location and space.

Confusion and delay due to an incorrect lock box code. Noisy electric heater in lounge. Constant clicking sound when on. No heater in bedroom. Would have been a big issue the week before when the weather was really cold. TV is not connected therefore no terrestrial stations. Only two teabags and one sachet of coffee provided. That seemed a little stingy.

The host didn't respond to messages asking for entry procedure. Finally managed to get phone call answered to say that he only sends out the information on the day of arrival. In that case reply to messages stating that is what you do. I was left wondering where this booking was real. On arrival the internal door lock box code didn't work! I was left wondering what I could do if I couldn't get in especially as my phone call to the host was not answered. Fortunately 30 minutes later I got a new one which worked. It's stated that there is free WiFi but the code was nowhere to be found There isn't a radiator in the main bedroom on the entry level which is where is rather sleep as it's on the same level as the bathroom. Having to come down the spiral staircase to use the bathroom at night is not pleasant. I found the downstairs area very cold verging on freezing. There is only the one radiator in the whole of the downstairs area, which is hanging off the wall, and most of the heat goes up the spiral staircase to heat upstairs. The shower certainly needs to be more powerful. The velux window blind upstairs is broken and permanently stuck closed. There is no garden view. This is all a shame as the potential is there to make it really good.
