Honestly, I am disgusted with the property owners audicity to completely disregard my complaint about the disturbed & obnoxiously loud neighbor above the property apartment I reserved and paid 3 nights to stay in. 😤 As a veteran of the US military with a service connected disability for PTSD, my stay at this property WAS TRAUMATICALLY HORRIBLE to stay due to the upstairs neighbor dropping heavy objects throughout the entire night until morning where the absurd stomping, heavy dropping of objects, hammering into the floor, drilling in the walls of the unit right above the property apartment that I booked, also hearing the above units 3 large size dogs fighting, barking, and running across the floor constantly.

I hostly cannot say anything nice about the property as the hosts chose to ghost me and not reply to my messages.

We experienced significant noise disturbances from the unit above. The occupants were talking loudly and playing music past 3 AM. Additionally, the sound of footsteps—particularly from shoes on the floor—was very pronounced, making it difficult to sleep. On the second night, they were also moving furniture, further disrupting our sleep. Compounding the issue, the heating unit was excessively loud, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. As a result, we were woken up frequently and ultimately decided to leave a day earlier than planned from our three-night stay. I reached out after the second night to inform the host of the situation and to let them know we were leaving due to the ongoing noise issues. However, they did not respond until two days later, citing an emergency and stating that I should have reported the noise so they could have addressed it with the unit upstairs. Given that they took 48 hours to respond and after we had already returned home, it is unclear how notifying them earlier would have made any difference. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

The island bar in the middle of the house in the kitchen. I love it and how the rooms are split on two sides of the house. I will come anytime, especially through your direct website.
