It was comfortable and clean

Dryer didn't work at all. Water in the bathroom was either too hott or freezing

Nice area . Spacious and beautiful inside

The apartment seemed to have no soundproofing. Could hear footsteps in apartment above. Also partying going on, sounded like they were in the room, loud, TV - watching football/basketball/wrestling???? Cheering, talking, laughing. All very distracting and annoying, loud, heard above the TV in the living room area. Two lightbulbs missing in bathroom; some difficulty regulating water temperature although plenty of hot water. Only one lamp in bedrooms with very dim lightbulb; lamp in LR had shade with holes in it - couldn't afford a decent lampshade? Outside: Insufficient clearing of snow and ice from surrounding area; the parking lot hadn't been completely shoveled, the walkways still had snow and ice also. Very treacherous footing I would think the management company would be more aware of this situation and potential for liability if someone slipped and fell and got injured due to lack of snow/ice removal

I loved the location and that it’s pet friendly.

There was a water leakage in the bathroom. I tried contacting the hosts because I felt that it was an emergency. However, the host was very rude over the phone and got upset I woke them up to report the water leakage. One of my friends that was staying the night at the apartment with me was showering when nasty water was coming from upstairs. We also couldn’t shower because nothing was done to fix the water leaking in the restroom.

Location is great…couple blocks from the Plaza and .5 mile from Westport. Beds are comfortable.

Even though the unit is non-smoking, it smells of weed upon entering. The drains in the kitchen and bath smell foul also. It rained the first evening of our 2 night stay (not even a heavy rain) and the corner of one of the bedrooms began leaking steadily onto a lamp & glass side table which splashed all over the floor and one side of the bed. (It is a ground floor unit of a 3 story building.) We found a dish in the kitchen to catch the drips which it filled over night and slept on the couch. In the morning, I notified ownership of the leak. “Maintenance” stopped by for just a minute to look and say “Yeah, I’m not sure what to do about that.” There were no efforts to clean it up, dry it out or supply fresh bedding. Even though I reached out again later that day and the next day asking what could be done, ownership did not respond until our check out time. The excuse was that they had been traveling so couldn’t respond and didn’t have another unit available. They offered a different unit for the evening of our checkout!?!?! Not sure why they thought that was worth offering since we had already returned to our hometowns. There’s been no response to my message explaining that that offer was not useful, inquiring why they don’t have anyone to respond to messages when they are unavailable, why no clean up was offered, and requesting some compensation. Unacceptable! There are many mismatched paint repairs on the ceiling indicating that leaks are an on going problem. Based on that, it’s likely there is a mold issue in the ceiling and behind the walls. Reserve this unit with caution and only if there is no rain in the forecast!!!

The location of the apartment was great walkable to local areas and had great parking access.

The shower tub needs some love the shower to turn on and off was a bit touchy to get it to turn off and not drip. Tub was slippery and had to be cautious getting in and out and I am agile. But I know its hard to add stuff to the bottom of the tub so maybe a sign to cover your butt for those less careful. I understand also the wear and tear that renters put on a property. Just a concern. Also one night we came home and the TV was on and we were not even in the house all day that was concerning.

Close to work. Whole condo is spacious. Nicely furnished. Great location walking distance to the Country Club Plaza that has shopping, restaurants and short drive (5 minutes) to nightlife area of Westport for eating and drinking.

Internet service spotty, cable service was roku and couldn't get local news but that could have been my not knowing how to use roku. Bath tub needs safety treads. Not enough dinner plates for more than 2, better curtains on patio door so that people couldn't see in and blocks out light from apartment parking lot behind the outdoor patio. Maybe a better mattress in second bedroom.

Location was good. Nice amount of space with kitchen, laundry, and two bedrooms.

No dresser in one of the bedrooms. Need hangars in closets. Lamp was broken in living room and no lamp by bed in other bedroom. Very loud occupants above us. They were loud late into the night.
