Stunning luxury 3 bed house with garden in North Leeds

The kitchen facilities.

The code was not sent on time and had to wait 10 mins on arrival to get this sorted. The beds were uncomfortable as were the sofa's. The garden was unsafe/not secure for our pet. The driveway was very narrow and not level causing a trip hazard at times. The whole house was not finished to high standard which given that this house was reported as luxury and the price we paid we were a little disappointed to be honest. The location was OK but the road itself was very busy and on occasion we found it difficult to be able to get onto the driveway. Considerations for the next visitor. 1. Ensure all decoration is well finished 2. Ensure that there is no mould around the bathroom sealants. 3. Ensure that all kitchen pots etc are in good condition. 4. Ensure deeper and better quality mattresses for better sleep experience. 5. Ensure that the garden is well maintained and that this area is secure for pets.

Was a whole house. Beautifully decorated

There are lots of aspects of the refurb/decoration that are just not finished and detract from the overall feel for the house.

A lovely house in the Leeds suburbs. Very clean and interesting decor. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and there were basics (salt, pepper, oil, milk sachets etc.) to get us started. The bedrooms were very spacious with lots of storage. A nice garden with table/chairs. Space for two cars on the drive plus a fair amount of on-street parking. Host communication was good and contactless check-in was easy.

A little further outside the centre and only one bus per hour. However, Ubers were only around £10. Mattresses weren't very firm and you could feel the springs.
