GBGreat location. Well-equipped, comfortable, modern house. Loved the skirting board heating. The look and feel of the house was beautiful.
The floor wasn't cleaned thoroughly. My 16 month old toddler was crawling around on the floor and covered in dirt after a few minutes. I also wasn't a fan of the motion sensor lights outside the bedrooms which couldn't be turned off. Would have preferred a few more items to accommodate a toddler such as a high chair, travel cot (thankfully we brought our own) and a bath.

IELocation was ideal for exploring Hull by car. Lots of shops, takeaways and restaurants within walking distance. House was amazing. Plenty of space for our family of 5. TVs in each room and good WiFi. Kitchen has everything we needed. Bedrooms were beautiful. Easy to book and James in regular contact.
Downstairs bedroom was a little colder than the rest of the house but slept well and bed was comfortable.

GBWe were university students 50 years ago and returned to Hull for a trip down memory lane. The property is very well placed to visit the campus and is an easy bus ride into the city centre. It was very clean and the rooms and bathrooms were a good size and well done out. There is a wide variety of food and drink places within a few minutes walk. Good communication from the host.
Although we ate out each night we felt a dining table would be useful for breakfast. The heated skirting boards were efficient but took quite a while to warm the place when we arrived. Other than that the place suited the three of us and we’d recommend to anyone needing a place between the university and the city.
