Clean and recently renovated property. Good location, close to the university of hull.

Parking can be a challenge at times, especially during the day time.

Firstly the area is really nice. Great restaurants and pubs at the end of the road. There is free parking on the road outside the property. I think the owner has given given great thought to the decor and presentation of the house. It was very clean and actually looked better than I expected. Even though we didn't use them there were TV's in all the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. There was a large patio at the back. The family bathroom was large with a great walk in shower. And the en suite bathroom was bijou but immaculate.

I thought the mattresses were too soft. Though that was only a minor thing as i actually prefer a firm mattress.

Just so lovely very clean very modern.

Stunning property with everything you could need. Very modern and comfortable. The owner is friendly with great communication. Situated very well with grocery stores within walking distance and a few shopping centers just a short drive away.

This house is so nicely decorated. The finishing is gorgeous. 3 bedroom all with double bed. Very modern, with nice lighting and heated skirting boards. (Would like to try in winter) bathrooms nicely decorated, with 2 showers. Nice toiletries. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook for a family. T.v. in each room. All cleaned to a very high standard. (I am normally picky) but this house met my standards. I would definitely reccomend if a family needing to stay in Hull. Always parked right outside.

Unfortunately all of the beds were soft, which I struggle with back so could only stay a day or 2. Please consider making one of them firm, so I could stay longer. :) I was worried as the street doesn't look so good, however a couple of neighbours I spoke to were very friendly and it was quiet at night.

The house was beautiful inside and was set up perfectly for an enjoyable stay. There was everything you needed around the home to be able to feel like you were at home! The hosts were really reliable and replied to any queries almost immediately and were also very friendly. Every part of the house was immaculate and very well decorated with modern furnishings. We felt very secure with the added secure lock on the front door and also cameras at the front and back of the house outside. I can't fault it. When I am in Hull again, I will make sure to book this place again! Thanks for having us :)

There's nothing I didn't like :)

The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Spotless! Towels and toiletries provided were good quality and great as we only had hand luggage. There were a few lovely coffee shops at the end of the road for breakfast. Our first time in Hull, overall, everyone we met was really friendly.

The area was not the nicest, rubbish on the streets, and a few unsavoury characters around.
