Good location. Very well equipped apartment with parking space.

All good but shower was a bit tricky to get right too hot or too cold

Warm, clean and comfortable. Everything you need in a lovely flat. Clean kitchen with everything you need, hot showers, warm , tv with everything you want to watch, Spotify, great WiFi, large bedroom with really comfy clean bed. Peaceful, close to town. Great communication with Carolyn.

There was nothing to dislike

The gardens were beautiful! The house is stately and its history is interesting.

There are 2 areas of concern: Cleanliness- on entry there was an ashtray filled with butts and rainwater. In the kitchen some of the cutlery was dirty and the cutlery drawer was not clean. The garbage can pedal didn’t work so you had to lift the lid with your hands. In the bathroom the toilet paper was stacked on a stand which sat directly on the floor near the garbage and the toilet. There was no separate dispenser for rolls and we were given partially used rolls on the stand. The toilet seat was dangerously loose. When we messaged about that someone did come and fix it but it was loose again the next day. Welcoming- there was no welcome feeling or warmth to our entry. We arrived early evening and had to walk to town straightaway for breakfast supplies. There was no coffee and a small opened package of loose tea leaves. There were no other supplies ie biscuits. It was cold and we messaged for the temperature to go up. The response was quick but there was no need to have the temperature that low upon arrival. We stayed 4 nights but there were only 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels and not enough pillowcases for the number of pillows. There was no cosy blanket in the lounge area.

Clean and good location to town. Bed was comfy. Nicely decorated. Good communication from the host. Everything was well set up

Towels were really small and the property was very cold took a long time to heat up. Could hear people leaving In the morning from the main house so got woken up. Bathroom basin water wasn’t hot for long

Cute flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 15-20 min pleasant walk into town. Couple of steep inclines could be concern for some.

Quiet, cosy and comfortable space. Comfortable bed, a nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen and lounge.
