Riad Elijah Marrakech & SPA

Não gostei se nada. Não estava ninguém na receção. Abriu-nos a porta uma senhora de aspeto humilde que não falava qualquer língua. O quarto era horroroso.

O quarto. Pequeno para 3 adultos e desconfortável. As camas eram péssimas (2 beliches em cimento) e sem acesso ao superior. Impróprio para 3 adultos.

Tutti molto accoglienti e disponibili, pronti a venirci incontro in ogni modo, nonostante la barriera linguistica con la donna che sta fissa lì in Riad (che parla francese ed arabo). Il manager e chi gestisce le prenotazioni invece parlano inglese e con loro è più facile confrontarsi.

Purtroppo è stato difficile trovare il Riad per un problema di geolocalizzazione su Googlemaps! State attenti, la posizione esatta è quella scritta su booking (e quindi vicino la medina), ma se cercate il nome del Riad su Google Maps vi porterà da tutt'altra parte, vicino l'aeroporto. Inoltre una volta arrivati all'indirizzo esatto, non è facilissimo trovare il Riad: lo troverete chiuso con una porta-ringhiera davanti. Per entrare dovrete suonare il campanello e allora apriranno. Per fortuna dei bambini che stavano giocando lì davanti ci hanno aiutato altrimenti non lo avremmo mai visto!

Many information on booking about the place is false and misleading It's actually a guest house not a hotel There is no 24h reception as mentioned The location is in a side narrow alley, no cars can reach the entrance The entrance is very difficult to find, it's secured with metal gate. Looks similar to the local houses around The room is quite narrow. The furniture is very old No much storage space No waste bin The location of electricity socket is poor The dim light is not working The toilet seat is shaky and unstable We had a water outage problem once The WiFi is not working The lights of the bathroom went down, they came later to change the bulb There is only one lady serving the place and she does not speak English There is no Bidet There is no City view or Mountain view, it is only side way narrow street There is no Soundproof rooms Actually 70% of the facilities mentioned on Booking.com were absent

The Riad is really nice, with a good location. Chaouqi and the Lady, are super kind and helpful. They will tell you everything you need to know about the city. Really recommend a stay here! Thank you very much!! ☺️

I liked everything about this riad! It’s a wonderful house with a welcoming atmosphere. I felt at home and that’s the most important!

I had difficulty to find it, there was no visible sign for me as a stranger! There’s no need to hide!

Our stay was excellent, we were so well looked after! Delicious breakfast and cake and juice left out for us when we had to depart before breakfast time had begun. We had dinner in the riad one night and it was our best dinner in Fes. Thank you for a great stay!

Great value for money, room was so clean, comfy beds, host was very friendly and nice even if she doesn't speak english, we understood each other, she prepared us good breakfast.

Maybe work a bit on the signs to get to the property, we struggled a bit to find it.
