Great place with pool

Poor infrastructure maintenance. Many light broken. Aircond not cold. Pool doesnt have light. Kitchen drain pipe is clogged and it is flooding til the floor.

The property isnt clean enough , we saw something left over toys and tissue that lefted by others travellers. The kitchen is lack of pot for us to cook

The property already rundown & rusty. The management shd refurbish the place to make it safe & pleasant stay for every guest.

Location by the beach

We booked 2 units of 2 bedroom apt & 2 units of 1-bedroom apt. Not recommended at all bcz : 1. 5 bath towels not available from our units when we checked in. Excuse given- they sent their laundry outside and towel ready 6-7pm (we received at 8pm-9pm) 2. WATER DISRUPTION! we received whatsapp from management said water tank depleting at 6pm, (water was out at 9pm) and Sabah water dept only resume supply at 10pm (water available at our units at 12pm). Imagine family with kids not able to use toilet? we cooked meal that night and not able to clean up. Some of us fall asleep while waiting for water resume (some of my family members travelling 2-3 hours to Kota Kinabalu for our weekend gathering) . Funny,we were informed their counter close at 10pm through whatsapp and no one available to ask abt water supply after that. I mean, cant the management do something like buy water to fill up their tank? cz we PAID FOR THE VILLAS AND ITS NOT CHEAP! 3. Received text at 10am next morning about checkout reminder which sounds to me like threat : checkout by 12pm. if guests leaved by 1pm, EXTRA CHARGE RM50 and so on. Imagine what i feel after everyone's mood ruined that night? so conclusion, if you can afford somewhere else, please do. WORST WEEKEND &PLACE EVER! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
