A very nice location to stay. Love the sunset,the sea view.

Please be notified that the property is under 5 different managements. Booked 2 unit of sea view villa with private pool. Specifically unit 110&113. The units we book was unfortunately under the worst management. 1. The pool water not circulating. 2. The pool dirty, too many tiles broken. Out of 8 kids, 4 are badly cut just few minutes after they went into the pool.called the management to change unit, instead they send so called ‘technician’ who bring a spoon to remove the cracked tiles and problem solved. No further action was taken. 3. Cockroaches everywhere, blocked sink, broken toilet flush,villa very dusty especially the fan,and the bedroom,bad smell towels provided. 4. Broken water heater, no filter installed inside one of the aircond. 5. The toilet stinky with urine the moment I entered the toilet.wonder if they even clean it properly after each checkout.

Tv and bed is comfortable and environment very near to the beach. my family like the beaches and good stay location.

The pool tiles are broken. My niece knees & soles feet got injured so bad. Hope this matters will be fix immediately. then issues with cleanliness. The floor is dirty. please mop the house. Hand towels, floor mat and indoor slippers was not provided.
