"10 min walk to the conference centre, and about 30 minutes walk to town Centre which was very nice walk after a day sitt"

"Fantastic respite in Bologna."

Giuseppe met us as we arrived and showed us around the entire property. He had welcoming snacks and drinks ready as well. He was superb and when we had questions via WhatsApp, he quickly answered. Two groceries close by plus a number of restaurants. Great location.

Everything was great. No complaints.

"Great apartment for city break with a good pool"

Currently construction is underway for the new tram. Once it is built this will be an excellent location as the tram will easily connect it with the city centre. Supermarkets were very close you are in between EuroSpa (recommend using this) and Aldi. The pool was excellent and very welcome in the heat as was the air conditioning in the apartment. Giuseppe was an excellent host and eager to ensure we had everything we need. Despite being on a main road and the tram construction the apartment is very quiet and you can't hear any of it. It is in a new apartment block and very secure

We already knew the location was slightly further out than we really wanted but that was the compromise for having an apartment with a pool. The tram construction is causing a bit of chaos with buses etc but we opted for a taxi into town as it was easier. You probably could have walked into town but my husbands health meant this would work

"Accoglienza e confort a Bologna"

Appartamento perfetto. Si trova in posizione strategica, dal momento che la stazione, la fiera e il centro di Bologna sono raggiungibili a piedi. L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort che si desiderano. Nel comprensorio c'è anche una bellissima piscina che può essere utilizzata nei periodi più caldi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, accogliente e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Grazie di tutto e speriamo di rivederci presto.
