Angkor Palace Suite & Villa

Très bel établissement avec chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une grande gentillesse. Deux très belles piscines, très bon petit déjeuner. À l’écart d’une centre ville donc vous devez prendre un Tuk Tuk ou taxi pour vous rendre dans la ville mais au moins vous êtes au calme.

Je met une note de 9 et non de 10 car le seul bémol a été le début du séjour. On est arrivés à 6h du matin avec un voyage de nuit très long, on était épuisés et sales…. Cependant pour accéder à la chambre, nous devions payer une nuit complète alors qu’il n’y avait personne dans l’hôtel étant la saison basse et la chambre était donc prête. On a vraiment pas apprécié que ce genre d’hôtel luxueux demande un tarif complet. Il pourrait faire payer juste un peu pour une entrée anticipée et non une nuit complète… et encore… ce genre d’hôtel luxueux devrait tout de même offrir à ses clients la possibilité d’entrer dans la chambre sans frais si elles sont disponibles. Surtout que j’avais écris à l’hôtel la veille pour leur demander s’il pouvait préparer la chambre en avance à cause de notre voyage long et fatiguant et on m’avait dit que oui. À aucun moment on m’a dit qu’il fallait payer. Heureusement qu’on avait pas payé cher car c’était la saison basse car si un client paye cher en saison haute et ne se voit pas offrir ce genre de service, le séjour peut mal commencer.

Everything was faultless! It was beyond our expectations. The location was excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The linen was very good quality. The food was excellent. Staff were attentive and helpful. Excellent value for money. We extended our stay in this tropical paradise it was so nice! 😊

Liked the buffet breakfast, and two pools, also the nature like stay but still in the city

Beautiful big hotel with two big beautiful swimming pools. The rooms are sparkling clean and comfortably designed. The staff and the management were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and it was great that it was unlimited a la carte. We were staying during the low seasons, so practically nobody was staying at this big hotel. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel.

The grounds, landscaping and pool areas were lovely and very peaceful. It is an oasis.
