Very nice, clean comfortable room, pool was lovely

Not nearly enough sun beds at the pool. By 10am all of them were gone and staff do nothing to make sure sun beds that are vacated are cleaned and made ready for new guests. Staff can be a little unhelpful at times

It appears, I traveled during low season and the hotel upgraded me to a villa, which was a total surprise. I am sure I would have enjoyed my stay in the room I booked but the the stay at the villa was another level up! Very spacious and quiet, impeccably clean and well-stocked with drinking water. I was using the spa services daily and I was very satisfied with quality, courtesy of all therapists and cleanliness of the rooms. I didn't check prices outside of the resort and they are likely lower but the spa offers various discounts and the ambience is an important factor for me. If I ever travel to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay again!

I was traveling alone, so didn't feel like eating in the city by myself and had few meals at the restaurant. I wish there are more local dishes on the menu, including salads which are easy to prepare.
