The view is unbeatable. You capture the essence of Portofino day and night.

It was located right at the port. Easy to get around and close to all the local restaurants and coffee shops. The property representative [Nic] was awesome to deal with and was a great contact for everything.

I can’t say that I didn’t like it. I felt that the place needed a tiny bit of maintenance, ie: some tiles were broken and needed re-grouting and some plugs needed replacing. Another thing worth mentioning was that there were businesses below the property and you can hear music in the unit at night. Overall, nothing horrible to report and I would absolutely recommend and return.

The location was fantastic. Right in the center!

The finish and maintenance quality of the property is not as it seems in the photos. Broken tiles, broken toilet seat. Felt more like a glorified student flat or airbnb than a proper apartment. With a few finishing touches and some new furniture it would be much better.

It was right in the midst if Portofino with the most beautiful outlook and surrounded by restaurants yet was also quiet and peaceful.

The kitchen facilities needed an update. We did not need them fortunately.

Location … location … location .

I can’t believe that there wasn’t a kettle or coffee maxhine or even a microwave . Boiling water in a pan for a cup of coffee is not really acceptable . And no hair dryer … why ?

Great location, lovely view. Nice ceiling. Michaela the cleaner was lovely.

Shower broke. Broken floor tiles. Nowhere to make coffee. Lack of cooking equipment. Lights in other bedroom did not work. Broken light fitting and door onto harbour entrance.

The location and view is unbeatable.

AC didn’t cool below 25 C/ 77 F. There were stains all over the bunk bed blankets and what looked like blood stains on the pillows. No pillow cases. This is the kind of place you triple check for bed bugs. There was white stuff coming out of the headboard that I’m praying was lint but could have been anything (mold, bugs). Cracked tiles that pop up when walking and could really hurt someone.

The apartment doesn’t count with elevators, so if you are traveling with luggages it could be hard to get to it, and the steps of the stairs are a bid dangerous
