The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect.

The house was cosy and comfortable and perfect for a December break with the log burner and such comfy beds. The bath and shower were fabulous. Decor beautiful. It was perfectly central. Everything worked! Space worked well for 3 guests we felt. Hosts generous and responsive.

The kitchen surface space limited but they had done their best to provide everything in a creative way. We mentioned another couple of minor things which were responded to. We felt we were lucky to get parking in the street and fortunately didn't have to move our cars.

The property was great, very clean, comfortable, location is brilliant in the heart of the town. We come here every year Xmas shopping will definitely stay here again. Rebecca was very helpful

We loved the quirkiness. It created a fabulous atmosphere for our dinner party one night. It was 100 metres from the high street👍🏻 Comfy beds and quiet. Great communication and little extras were left for us.

Street quite run down and make sure you put your correct number plate in for parking permit! I got a £35 fine!!!

The house is located on a quiet residential street just one block off Canterbury’s main central street — perfect for sightseeing and very convenient. The nearby gardens are lovely too. It’s an easy walk from the station with no hills, so we had no trouble getting there even with large suitcases. The entire two-story house is available for rent, and we kept our heavy luggage on the ground floor. The bedrooms are upstairs, while the dining area, living room, and kitchen are on the ground floor. Having a toilet on both floors was very convenient. While the house has all the charm and atmosphere of the English countryside, I was pleasantly surprised to find a smart thermostat controlling the central heating — a nice modern touch. The bathroom was elegant, clearly showing the owner’s attention to detail and aesthetic sense. We were lucky enough to meet the host in person — such a kind, warm, and wonderful person. When the host is this pleasant, it really makes the whole stay even more enjoyable. The garden was also adorable and relaxing — spending a quiet moment there felt like pure bliss. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Canterbury!
