Hotel Villa Beach Transit 2 & Whaleshark Tour

Standard basic room that will do for the night before your sharking trip. Sincere and helpful receptionist.

Some rooms have hot water, some don't. The shower holder is installed incredibly high. I've never seen anything like it. The bungalows are made by pretty low standards (there was a 2cm gap between the wall and the bathroom door that they forgot to seal, for example). The restaurant is overpriced and the food isn't good either.

The location was very handy for being close to where you leave to go see the whale sharks.

It was very basic. The pillows could do with replacing for sure and the food was a bit average but as you probably only need to stay one night if you are doing the whale sharks, it’s a good option. You can’t swim out the front as it’s kind of muddy and there is nothing else in the area to do.

One and only remark: Drinks at breakfast are extra. At least offer free thee and/or coffeee. For the rest a perfect stay.
