The Seaview - South Shields

Perfect location overlooking the park and the sea with lots of free parking. Minutes walk from the main street with bars and restaurants.

The location

The property was dirty. There was hair in the bed, hair on the floor, dusty, dirty towel in the bathroom, dirty linen in the laundry area and fruit flies everywhere. And a really unsafe, unsecured mirror in the closet

Booked last minute to stay at this property and we definitely didn’t regret it. Apartment was so clean and had everything you needed. Was very cosy and the views were amazing, I wish we booked on to stay longer. Our host mark was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, asked if we needed any food getting in too, he really went the extra mile! Will definitely be booking to stay again!

Superb style! Magnificent view over the park and sea. The sunrise each morning was spectacular! Location excellent for walking, exploring and proximity to metro and buses. Very quiet too! However, the entire great experience was down to the incredible attention to detail by Mark. His communication prior to arrival and during the stay was prompt, clear and pleasant. He checked in to see that everything was running smoothly and was on hand to sort any issues. Thank you ☺️

I cannot think of any negatives! Apart from…Maybe some instructions for how the induction hob works!

A warm and welcoming flat, really clean and comfortable, stocked with necessities (tea, coffee, milk and biscuits). In a quiet area, close to the beach, the parks and local pubs and shops. Parking was next to the property. Mark who helped us with checking in and checking out. One of my favourite things to do was to sit by the window with my morning coffee and enjoy the view of the park and the sea...bliss. I will definitely stay here on my next trip up north to see family.

Great location and view. Easy parking. Apartment is nicely refurbished and well equipped kitchen.

Outside was covered in litter. Metal framed bed rattled every time you moved. Draughty windows. Too many stairs
