Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa

The staff in all areas especially the restaurant were outstanding, they couldn't do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble. We had lunch in the bar area, where the young man there was so welcoming and friendly.We also had an evening meal here and Abdol made this very special indeed, his knowledge of the menu and his service was exceptional. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.The hotel itself was very beautiful, with plenty of quiet places to sit with a drink and just relax. At breakfast, the impeccable service started again, with our two wonderful waiters, Dorick and Alfie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Nutfield Hotel. Everything was beautiful, and we enjoyed every single moment. The staff were beyond amazing — very friendly, respectful, and helpful — and everything was clean and well organised. One thing that really impressed me was when I called reception to ask for a cake, but unfortunately the kitchen had already closed for the night. Despite that, the lovely staff member kindly offered to provide toast, jam, honey, and some simple snacks instead. I truly appreciated her kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back again!
