I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was very dusty and did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Spiderwebs on roof and the bedsheets were also dirty. I am very disappointed with the lack of hygiene

Dirty and unhygienic rooms with cockroaches, strong cigarette smell, stained bedsheets, and bathrooms with no proper drainage. The booking situation was also very unfair — we had a confirmed Booking.com reservation, but the hotel claimed it was cancelled and forced us to re-book through OYO late at night. The photos online are completely different from the real rooms, which felt misleading.
ININNothing. This is a good hotel for smash n dash. Not for long family stays. Also, the walls of the room had black mold. The rooms are no where as advertised.
The linens were dirty, the staff was rude. All I wanted was some clean linen and a clean bathroom. I asked the receptionist to make the arrangement but he stalled us for 1.5 hours. He offered us a so called "suite" and it was dirtier. I realized I cannot stay or even lay my head there for even a minute. And when I wanted to leave, he refused to refund. Tossed me like a ball to get refund from the owner to Booking.com. Very pathetic experience to say the least. However, thanks to Booking.com, I got my refund. It is not just about unclean space but also the ill intent of these people that I hated the most. Unruly, brash and really rude at handling situation.
