Room was not clean, cigarette smell, staffs were rude, no towels/linens in the room and when asked they didn’t provide proper response.
INMy stay was very unpleasant. The room was in terrible condition it was not cleaned, the bed linens were dirty, and there were bed bugs. Kindly take necessary action.
