Newly refurbished 4 Bedroom House-Sleep 8-Free parking

leaking dishwasher insufficient crockery glasses and cutlery. needed some TLC. heating difficult to control constantly on during a very hot spell. no toiletries but advertised garden unkempt outside tap spurting water. no outside furniture or bbq

Spacious and good quality furniture well the items that weren't damaged. Location was good. Comfortable beds however ended up in single beds due to state of one of the double bed mattresses! And broken blinds in bedrooms. Nice large tv, nice kitchen except for damage on front of fridge freezer.

Advertised as Newly Refurbished however lots of damage to furniture, walls, general decoration poor throughout, heating wouldnt turn off in front room remained at 34.5 degrees making downstairs extremely warm despite adjusting thermostat, badly stained mattress and broken blinds in bedrooms, one of the sofas broken frame wood sticking out of the bottom of it, lots of debris under furniture clearly hadn't been cleaned under furniture, garden furniture broken and scattered over garden, garden over grown. Shower heads need descaling badly scaled, low water pressure in both bathrooms upstairs, toilet cistern constantly running, on suite sink cracked, mirrored bedside cabinet cracked. Blue lights downstairs bathroom and other rooms no instructions on whether we're adjustable, knob on downstairs shower kept falling off. Front door difficult to open and close, no toilet roll! Overall not as advertised may have been Refurbished but not recently, shame as clearly a lovely property just poorly cleaned ans maintained. Did take video of garden but sadly unable to upload.

Spacious

Very tired looking, not newly refurbished as advertised. Front door broken, very dangerous and a fire hazard. Mattresses stained, no mattress covers and they were uncomfortable. Heating was on in a heatwave and owners did not respond until the next day. The freezer was broken and all of our shopping defrosted. No reimbursement offered.! Only 7 chairs when 8 guests were staying. Garden was messy, broken furniture and rubbish left at the side. No garden furniture and yet late May, and heatwave. All blinds in rooms were broken. No side gate, therefore unsafe for children.

Could of done with a bit more attention to detail dishes were dirty

Not much I can think of really other than a big drive way.

At first glance the house looked amazing untill you see that 90% of the kitchen is empty, we had 7 forks for a house that sleeps 8 and didn't even have an oven tray. Handle was hanging off the front door and a broken sofa in the living room, unable to turn off the heat had to turn off the boiler.

Big and spacious rooms,private parking in front of the house

Bowls,pans and table items a bit dirty and we have to wash them before can used.Find a lot of rubbish under the beds (empty bottles and empty plastic packages). Old hair in shower. Just need a bit more cleaning before you let someone in.
