Bed poor coffee one sachet between 2 for the whole stay pillows were rock hard and no heating it was freezing cold

Wasn't very clean the bathroom an toilet were very dated and was water on floor from toilet leaking

Close to the co op live arena . I was offered help to get to the train station. Good contact re booking and checking in. Towels provided.

There was no hamdsoap in the bathroom. The area is a little scary as sole female traveller especially after returning at night from the co op. Alan Turing way in between and a very dark park. The lock box was difficult to get in for the key. As I was trying to open it man from next door came out stinking of weed. Bed was quite low. No downstairs rooms but was aware of this. I have since stayed in a similar place £30 less per night and had toiletries and exterior more welcoming.

Lock was finicky and cheep, bedding wasn't clean, no toilet roll in the shared bathroom, people smoking downstairs so the whole place stunk

The flat was so tidy and close to the stadium

The person with me kicked the door in after being locked out by his own fault but all damage will be paid for as thisbis a flat I want to rent in the near future

Small basic room. Was told it was de luxe room! Bed against the wall we struggled with that getting in / 1 toilet roll in the basic shared bathroom between 3 bedrooms. So basic there was not even any soap or hand wash! NO PARKING - I Paid £10 for residents parking behind house as permit holders only . Instructions to leave £10 cash for the secure parking which had to be left under TV ( that didn’t work but we didn’t need it as went to arena) But I was fined a week after the event !! I got letter from NPC with fine! Of course I appealed given circs but lost appeal & have asked for refund from property and declined! I was very upset & now annoyed. Left completing negative review, hoping the property owner would at least contribute/ refund something! Not even the £10 paid !! They did respond to issue of no soap & blamed other residents! Not there were any empty bottles or signs of anything! Would not recommend staying here.

Great location, host was friendly. Rooms clean.

No milk for a cuppa in the morning though teabags we're provided. Heating on all night it was red hot.
