"Superb"

Nice guy and was very friendly. Was even kind enough to let me stay little after my check out. Would recommend.

Only thing would be I'd advice them to get black out curtains in bedroom as soon as the sun rose it was light. Minor issue 👍🏼

"Very basic room but convenient for Co-op Live arena."

Very handy for Co-op Live Arena and close to the Etihad.

Very basic room - think old-style student accommodation, with just a bed a table and a wardrobe. Shared bathroom on the corridor. Slightly edgy area undergoing regeneration around the new arena.

Very basic , clothes left from previous guests in wardrobe and down side of bed , lamp bulb didn’t work , lonly 1 coffee no milk

"Good location could do with better instructions on arrival."

Location was great for Coop Live stadium.

Shared bathroom, window didn't shut properly so a draught blowing in, bin not emptied so old rubbish in there. Could do with a selection of coffee with milk, without milk with and without sugar.

"Excellent value for money room."

The location is excellent for the Co-op Live Arena. (First picture is the arena taken from the room window). The room was adequate for my daughter and myself for the one night we were there. I think we were the only guests that night so it was very quiet. Shared bathroom which wasn't a problem. The bed mattress is a bit thin but again for one night we didn't mind.

Only one coat hanger in the wardrobe but I'm certain we would have got more if we'd asked.
