Cozy Quentin Apartment near Danube River

The apartment was so dirty the bed was also very dirty not ever been cleaned. The appointment was so dirty like nobody was there to clean it before

Close to metro, tram, bus. Aldi is just down the street. The beds were so comfy!

It was looking cozy and was not so far from the city centre

It was very dirty: a lot of dust on the furniture, spiderwebs in the corners , spilled out sugar/ herbs/ foods in the kitchen units, there was a used pot full with oil left in the oven, which was smelling heavy greasy

Location was very convenient. Communication before arrival. Everything you need in the apartment. Easy access. Right outside the tram stop 4 and 6.

The apartment wasn’t clean. There were dirty towels in the cupboard. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. There were socks left behind the sofa cushions. Stains all over the rug and sofa. The wardrobes and bedrooms were full of old fans and heaters. Bath upstairs was dirty and couldn’t be used because the plug didn’t fit. Construction work going on next door (that we weren’t told about). Workers arrived at 8am. WiFi worked for the first two days but then two days without.

Super położenie, blisko stacji metra z idealnym połączeniem do głównych zabytków. Aparatament z oknami na wewnetrzny dziedziniec więc było cicho. Doskonały kontakt z osobami które się nim zajmują. Moglismy się wcześniej zameldowac bo lot mieliśmy bardzo rano oraz zostac w apartamencie trochę dłużej niż koniec doby hotelowej. Jedyna rzecz do której mogę się przyczepić to czystość. Sprzątnięte powierzchownie, w szafkach porozsypywana sól, pod łóżkami koty z kurzu i pełno śmieci, pajeczyny na schodach.

Trzeba zmienić ekipę sprzątająca, bo jest brudno.

Not much except for the location, which is not bad but not the best we’ve stayed at.

Where to begin? Overall: The apartment itself is small and crowded, and the pictures are pretty misleading. There is no AC, which is fine, but there are only four fans that are pretty weak, and two of those were falling apart. It wasn’t super clean- dirty couch, dirty carpet, leftover belongings and food in the fridge from the previous tenants. The hallway outside of the apartment is full of trash and the apartment itself feels like a dollar store landlord special. Even for the price we paid, it feels low quality- we’ve stayed in other apartments in better locations for the same price at a much higher quality. The bathrooms: There is no water pressure if two people shower at once, and the ceiling of the top floor is too low for most people to stand up straight, let alone shower. The plugs for the bath on the upper floor don’t fit the drain, and there is no shower curtain, so if you do decide to use the hand shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. On the bottom floor, the shower doesn’t drain well. The door to the bathroom doesn’t even actually close- we used a door hanger on the handle. None of the bathrooms/ showers have ventilation. The rooms: Doors don’t close all the way. We were five people sleeping in the apartment and it felt like there was no privacy at all. On the top floor, there are no dressers for clothes. You also can’t walk around the top floor undressed before a shower, since someone standing in the kitchen on the bottom floor can see into the balcony of the top floor- so again, no privacy. The facilities: Honestly, super low quality in comparison to the other apartments we’ve stayed in. There are some basics- utensils, cups, dishes, pans. Couldn’t find a cutting board or scissors. The fridge froze all of our food. The kitchen isn’t big enough to move in for five people. One of the dining room chairs is broken. The owner couldn’t even be bothered to peel the plastic sheet off the frames hanging on the walls.

The bedlights in one room are not connected and there are no outlets near, they are placed only for design, the door of one bathroom does not close.

Location and decor

The property was not clean—there was dust throughout, someone’s socks were found under the bed, and the hot water pressure was very low. The top floor’s squeaky flooring meant that anyone sleeping downstairs could hear every movement above, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms were poorly ventilated, which made them damp and uncomfortable, and the area outside the property in the corridor was dirty and unlit—we had to use a flashlight just to find our way. Overall, the property felt neglected and in need of a deep clean and significant maintenance. It simply wasn’t up to the standard we expected.

Location close to the metro and not too far away the center ( you can commute by foot). It really looks pretty and cozy. Two hair dryer were really nice to have as we stayed in the apartment as group of 5 girls :) clear check-in instruction and nice communication. There are a few supermarkets close to the apartment.

1. I’ll start with the crucial point for us - two bathroom. Bathroom on the second floor wasn’t really helpful, as it’s impossible to take shower simultaneously on the first and second floors. Water pressure not enough. And if someone take shower on the first floor, you cannot take shower on the second floor. For us it was crucial, as we stay at you apartment as group of 5 girls and book the apartment with two bathroom by purpose. To be able to use two bathroom and avoid the queque to one. If we know before that the second shower useless we book other option with two bathroom or cheaper one with one bathroom. 2.The other problem is cleanest of some part of the apartment: clogged drain in the shower on the first floor. Water didn’t go, so I decided to open the drain top. When I remove the top of the drain, I was sick because of amount of hair, dirt and reside of the previous guests. I guess this drain was not clean for a long time. And it is awful. As well there some cups with the leftovers and bread covered in mold. That we throw to the trash. But we’re really shocked to find it. 4. Very creaky and thin floor on the second floor. If you go to the toilet on the second floor, people from the first floor immediately wake up as it pretty “loud”
