Er was weinig daglicht en geen raam waar je door naar buiten kon kijken. De ramen zijn afgeplakte omdat het op de begane grond direct aan de staat zat. Aan de achterkant waren geen ramen.

Sehr unsauber, überall war Staub, die Fugen im Badezimmer sind am schimmeln, generell benötigt das Badezimmer eine gesamt Reinigung. Der Abfluss funktionierte nicht richtig Auf dem Bettlaken waren flecken, es hat kein Tageslicht und es müffelte

When we arrived the keys were left in the box so we couldn't access the apartment which wasn't ideal The on call team we Great and we were inside the apartment within 45 mins but the initial impression wasn't positive

We were switched last-minute to this property and we were not told that there would be construction work next door, starting at 8.00am everyday! Alerted the hosts, requesting a move or a refund, and they refused until I sent them video evidence of the unbearable noise. Then they delayed confirmation of the refund and refused to refund the 2 unused nights arguing that it was too late now. I’m a level 3 Genus Booking customer, I’ve never experienced such levels of bad faith, disingenuousness and incompetence, all enabled by Booking.com that failed to protect the paying customer. Never got the refund for the “tax” that I still had to pay, even though I didn’t spend the whole period in the property. This is all documented and I will not hesitate to post it online and on social media if this is somehow contradicted.
