I feel as though the property lacked basics. There was no hand soap in the bathroom so we had to use the mens body wash. There was also no access to any drinking water. The room was a great size but I don’t feel as though this was utilised, the bed can’t of been any bigger than a double when the room can fit a king plus, I was staying with a friend so this would have been ideal. The room is also attached to a family’s home which can feel a little uncomfortable, you can hear them in the kitchen which feels very close by and there is a door directly from the room that attaches to the house and although this is locked the whole time, it did make us a little uncomfortable. Overall I do think the property was slightly overpriced considering all of the above but the host was nice and on hand if needed so not a bad option if just needing a place to stay for the night

No seating area, at least a seating area (even if it's a chair and a table) that will do. Not 'by the sea' as in the description but a short drive to the sea. We didn't mind either way, but that description is not entirely accurate. Please bear in mind that reception on your phone is going to be rubbish once you enter that house. The WiFi is a hit and miss and doesn't work after like mid night.

Problem with Wi-Fi
GBThe size of the room is so good, we were 4 and definitely didnt feel too much it was actually perfect. Close to the beach, walking distance! We had a little issue with the Internet but the host reacted quickly and sorted it for us. It would be great if they can add a hoover in the wardrobe even if its little handheld one just so you can clean up after yourself while you are there and maybe leave the property more presentable. I definitely liked the privacy and the feeling that if you need help the host is there to help you. Tips: Take some cutlery and a plate or two with you. Internet stops at around 12 midnight and starts 7.30am be ready to use your data. If you will be eating in the room maybe take some washing liquid with you so you can wash your utensils and plates. Overall we had a great time and everything above is obviously optional
GBHow big the room was
I read alot of reviews saying it was clean however i didnt think so. The bedsheets had white stains on them and overall room was very dusty with alot of webs on the ceiling. Kettle was awfully filthy inside aswell. Also plant pots in the toilet meant loads of ants were coming in.
