Helpful and personalised service. It was a comfortable stay in a good, central location. The washer/ dryer was very convenient!

Easy access to where we wanted to go. Loved the scooters to get around the Harbour Would definitely like to try the different foods next time

The apartment had a very homey feel to it & the beds were super comfortable.

Probably needed bigger than a double in one of the rooms as my husband and I are quite tall.

Superb location, place was just perfect , very clean. property management were lovely, we will definitely book the place again

The Balcony wasnt cold or windy, it was enjoyable. The flat was Clean and Neat. Location and carpark was great.

The worst was the TV, its old to an extent that it should be replaces with a smart one. Possibly that was also smart but will respond to you 1 or 2 mins Later when you use controller. No dishwasher liquid, only powder which doesnt clean the disches Properly and I didnt go on a Holiday to clean my dishesh Myself, I prefer to use the machine which didnt work aparently extra dishes will cause extra. Flies were All over the apartment when we entered, then noticed the Bedroom Photo had a fly stuck in it 😅 All of these are Minor and can be fixed and doesnt take away how beautiful the apartment is.

Ok location balcony very warm and sunny but dirty uncomfortable seating no cushions as on photo ,nothing like photos glass dirty .

Stained bed covers, No laundry powder. No dish wash . No cleaning product. 3 forks for 4 People .Mop head had no sponge what was there was absolutely disgusting !!!!! white handle was cooked in sun and paint fell off and went everywhere Stove top dirty. Cupboards inside smelt . Drains in bathroom smelt . Shower old and stained .Wardrobe doors broken in one room . Washing machine jumped and banged loudly every wash that the dryer sitting on top moved . Felt sorry for people under us !!

Great location for our purpose.

Key collection point defeated the purpose of the great location. Inconvenient, no one wants to spend their time away running a senseless trip across the city centre to collect a key.

You can't get away from the fact that you have a view of the back end of a container port. But if you like container ports then that's fine. The apartment is clean, airy and well situated for a short walk to the harbour area or the business district. Supermarket is very close by. It is quiet considering it is on a main road by the port. Parking, once you have found it, was good. I would stay here again.

Picking up the keys/code is a bit of a faff. As per other guest feed back, the entrance to the garage is not obvious and is slightly hidden. Don't go into the big obvious car park. Best to park on the road and have a walk to find it. The kitchen utensils and equipment are bare minimum. It could do with a few more things but for a short stay it's fine.
