Fantastic. Car park is useful since this is near the Britomart / CBD / Viaduct. No seaview. Got a washing machine and dryer. Cooking facilities is also adequate. Access tag collection is another location and need to follow the instructions closely.

I went to the property to check-in but when the instructions were available it advised that I had to go to another location to collect the key

Great location, next to supermarket and bus stop. Scooters for hire everywhere. Spacious apartment, easy to cook own food. Huge modern bathroom with washer and dryer.

Key collection was quite far. If arriving by taxi it’s best to collect the keys first and then go to the property. Bedrooms were quite hot in the sun.

Car park information, almost had car towed away because I had incorrect info of where to park

Location was great - very central, and easy walking distance to everything we needed and the CBD. The apartment was a fair size and pretty quiet considering we stayed on the weekend. Secure parking was great. Basic items were provided for arrival - milk sachets and bathroom items.

There apartment is in need of a really deep clean - it seems only surface cleans have been done for some time. We found some dirty dishes and the bathroom side wasn't clean. No windows (except the front ranch sliders) can be opened, and despite using (noisy) fans and the air con, the apartment was really stuffy. Pick up for the keys isn't close to the apartment and as we only received the check in instructions shortly before we arrived, we ended up having to go back and forth across town (via car) to collect the keys.

Superb location for accessing the Spark Arena and free parking

Heating was insufficient in winter, floors were dirty, kettle was not safe to use, insufficient cutlery for 4 people. Had to buy in almost everything to clean and cook.
