The place was large and fitted with everything we needed, it was a perfect place for our group. The location was convenient for NEC without being at the NEC due to being so close to Marston Green Station.

One bedroom is only accessible via one of the bathrooms which was slightly inconvenient.

Lock boxes are always nice and simple way to get in. For a large group there was a good amount of space. I would have liked bedside lamps instead of having to get up to turn the big light off but very spacious and comfortable. Excellent price.

Cleaners turned up and hour before we had to leave which was a little awkward and there was no banister rail on stairs. Some of the group weren't particularly steady on their feet all the time, due to medical conditions, but we did manage. More constructive feedback as the location, price and cleanliness were all excellent.

The staff is professional and friendly, and we enjoyed the convenience of just 10min drive away to NEC, there is plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We'll probably going to revisit here again.

The size of the property is amazing and all the rooms are spacious and well equipped. A great location too being only minutes walk from the local shops and takeaways (Chinese, Domino’s Pizza, Peri Peri Chicken and a pub that serves food. Also the train station is only a 5 minute or less walk that has 1 stop direct to Birmingham Central.

One of the best contractor houses we've ever stayed at in Marston. The number of bathrooms made it great for a work group. Everything was well maintained, lots of space and great features throughout.

Bathroom on master bedroom could do with a deeper clean several long hairs on bathroom floor and shower. Also a suggestion a bigger house number on the entrance to make it easier to see from road

Some of the smaller facilities were not ideal. Mismatched and random mugs/tumblers, no additional refuse bags. The upstairs bathroom was a little dirty (seal on shower screen for instance). The bed linen was scratchy with no buttons to keep the duvets in their covers.

Beautiful spacious house, very clean and comfortable. Far exceeded our expectations. Great communication from the hosts.

If I'm being picky, it would have been great to have a coffee machine and more towels (including tea towels). The lock box for keys was a little tricky to operate.
