Very little

Had to telephone London from Poole to get access to a key. Poor facilities. Window broken in bathroom. TV not working. Everything in poor condition, No breakfast arranged. No milk available.

Plenty of towels.

House was still as building site with rooms offered in very.poor state. No Showers working, very weak water pressure in sink taps. Entrance hall way stairs as you would find on building site. Kitchen in poor disrepair and no breakfast in "breakfast included"price. Fridge had old open milk bottle, dirty open jam jar, and old stale cornflakes in a open bag. No locks in bedroom doors. House was cold.

Nice clean room very spacious needs a bit of work on the outside but overall good value for moey

The shared bathroom

Owner is very helpful and nice, a bottle of prosecco was found in the rooms together with sweets for our kids. Very nice gesture

I wasn't expecting a shared bathroom. And bathroom was not clean.

Host was super friendly and responsive.

The property is falling apart and not clean! The floor of our room was dirty, the bedding was musty, there were old tissues left and a flannel in the room, the shared bathroom was not at all clean, the property was not secure (keys hanging outside the front door). I would expect much more for the money we paid.
