Fir Tree Lodge with Hot Tub

immaculate lodge, beautiful surroundings

it was lovely and clean, it was modern with a beautiful surrounding area.

TV in bedroom wasnt properly working but other than that it was great!

Had everything you need, towels, dishwasher and tablets. Location was good for Allerthorpe lake access, York and we went beach 1 day 1hr drive away

Bed was awful, felt every spring. When we arrived hot tub wasn't ready and one cupboard was on floor had to get staff to fix it but it was done really fast and efficiently. TV didn't work but didn't really need it anyway.

Loader was beautiful and the hot tube, my kids loved it

The lodge is lovely and in a great location too the hot tub is an added bonus perfect to unwind in the evening everything you need is provided from towels to hairdryer iron/ironing board you literally only need your clothes smart tv with Netflix and beautiful restaurant on site plus you can takeaway pizza what's not to love my husband and I will definitely be returning thank you

Bed in master bedroom 😬 mattress springs coming through needs replacing now 🤷‍♀️ that's the only thing we can find fault with

Mattress was uncomfortable

Location and the hot tub the best features of the lodge was just the right size for the 2 of us. The board games and Netflix where also a good touch. The park itself was beautifully maintained and the restraunt on site is worth a visit.

The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept in can feel all the springs in the mattress both me and my partner have had a bad back since sleeping in it. Wondering if there was too many chemicals in the hot tub as we both had very irritated sore skin after and we didn't spend alot of time in it. There was also a mouldy strawberry down the side of the radiator in the main bedroom and dirty glasses in kitchen cupboard which we had to wash ourselves before using.
