Metro Phoenix Extended Stay - Phoenix

There were cockroaches and everything was dirty. There were no dishes. And the staff didn’t do anything about it. It’s trashy and gross.

There was enough space for our family.

Everything. There was nothing there. No pots pans dishes coffee pot microwave nothing. How were we supposed to utilize a kitchen equipped with nothing? The kitchen sink both knobs were broken. Everything was filthy dirty. Your feet turn black in less than a minute of walking in. The showers were dirty. It smelt like cigarettes and we are a none smoking family. I had children so it was more disappointing. I called front desk multiple times no answer finally when I got ahold of someone they said I will send someone and no one came to address any issues we had. We needed an iron there’s was none laundry code did not work went to get a new one got in and decided to go elsewhere because it was filthy dirty. It was not a pleasant stay at all.

I liked the layout of the loft. Could be a really nice place if the riff raff ghetto people were ran off. They ruin the place completely.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay another $100 after the booking.com fees. 50 for early check in and 30 for damage waiver. I had to pay that to receive the code to the room. Then the first code to the room didn’t work so we had to contact the manager and wait for them to respond. Finally they switched us rooms. Then there was roaches and ghetto people outside.
