Everything - pictures online are not what it was. The lobby was dark and dirty including dead cockroaches in the lobby restroom. My visit to PHX was to be treated at the Mayo clinic therefore cleanliness was a priority and according to the online booking, that's what I thought I booked. I walked in the lobby, used the restroom and instantly canceled my reservation. Sorry, online pictures should show exactly what you're reserving or the place should reflect what they advertise.

Nothing random people just all around it was not safe.

It was dirty. It smelled. It had roaches. The tub disgusting. The kitchenette was disgusting and dirty and breaking down. TVs did not work. Even my lock on the door did not work.

Because there was a lot of cockroaches and the room was a completely disaster I was very disappointed because in the photos on the app looks amazing but in reality is a mess, totally spam, I have the worse experience, never recommend that place I feel very insecure all the time!!

Unit smelled very bad even, i couldn't sleep because of the smell holes on all the walls, carpets were filthy, tub dripping water.
