Metro Phoenix Extended Stay - Phoenix

The set up was good. Loft bedroom was different.

Rental wasn't fully operational. TV fell off the wall, loft shower didn't work, floors were dirty, curtian rods kept falling down.

Did like the space .

I really did not like the fact that the bed had pee stained in it and the fact that the room had bad odor up the steps and near both beds that had smelt like animal urine .

The chk in lady & the cleaning lady Jessica that offered fresh clean linen.

The day we arrived room was not quite ready. Then we get to room, EXTREMELY DIRTY. Floors sticky, carpet on stairs black, hair in all beds as well as visible bodily fluids 🤮🤢 as if sheets weren't changed, hair in tub & black residue in bottom tub. Also no blowdryer in rooms as stated there would be. The same night there was a shooting over 20 bullets let off right in front of our apt. That struck the building , windows & doors of multiple units. Woke us up & police were on sight till next morning & our vehicle stuck inside crime line. Horrible Horrible not safe at all. They would not refund me to take my family else where so we were stuck staying & rhey also took $100 deposit for this filthy room.

Found 4 roaches. Lots of homeless people wandering outside. Smelled like cigarettes. AC did not work, shower and toilets had lots of problems
