The room was infested with cockroaches and they will not refund me my money

That is was dirty and full of cockroaches everywhere

I was only happy with how the staff was taking care of the situation.

The property didn’t look like anything in the photos, the room wreaked of cigarettes, the couch was dirty and stained, the bathroom had urine stains on the floor, a literal cockroach came out from under fridge, and worst of all there was a METH PIPE in the closet. Not only was I staying with family, I had children with me. I was not just upset with the property and it wasn’t what I expected, but mortified with the stress it caused. I advise anyone not to book here. Requested a refund and was told it would be immediately however it took this whole process and was unaware, still haven’t gotten my money back spent about $300 on a stay I wasn’t happy with and even had to book another hotel on the spot. The location was sketchy as well and unwelcoming.

As soon as you enter the front door of the property, it smells of animal urine. I never received the code to enter the property, attempted to reach their 24/7 staff and couldn’t reach anybody until I contacted someone from Booking, my access to the property was limited for this reason, additionally there were people doing drugs in the parking lot. The upstairs restroom did not have a knob nor could we fully close the door. There were no trashcans within the property. The downstairs bed and pullout bed smelled horribly, thus causing an uncomfortable sleeping situation. None of the tvs were connected or had service. A lot of the furniture was damaged. Lastly, in the early morning hours of our stay, some maintenance men came pounding on our door, waking us up, to fix the upstairs bathroom door (something that could have addressed prior or after our stay). I would never recommend this property to anybody nor will I ever come back. I feel ripped off with the amount I paid for a one night stay.

The facility should change beddings if a customer stays for more than a day. They should clean the room during my stay if it is more than a day. The wifi is weak
