Convenient, price, location

The property seemed like it was accommodating transitional housing. There was some loud music one night, but it was handled a few minutes after I call. The parking lot could use a regular cleaning. I found and killed a couple roaches. The front door looked like it had been kicked in a couple times, and then haphazardly put back together. The common areas smelled like weed. There should be some newer bed sheets. And there were no daily cleaning supplies, so we had to buy our own

Quiet and relaxed area.

The room was clean but after spending a day in the room we noticed the room had roaches. We had to take everything out of our bags and shake/ bang them and brought them to the cleaners to ensure we didn’t bring and roaches back home. The upstairs shower handle was broken and wouldn’t turn on without substantial force.

It Annuities we needed

People hanging around the property and when we were parked in the front, checking in, someone tried opening our gate of the van security just told us that he lives there door was loose, and there was cockroaches

Good size

Trash left in trash can , oven and microwave left dirty with cleaning chemicals , dirty blankets , and roaches in unit

The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is centrally located with quick and easy access to the freeway.

Centrally located and easy quick freeway access to anywhere in the state. Great and helpful staff. Room is big and clean. Great value for your buck. I highly recommend you try it out you will be happy you did.

What's not to like it's all good!!!

The staff was fantastic and the location was close to everything. You will find that for your dollar there is no better value.
