Great hotel great staff great facilities very clean hot shower great bed tv kettle netlfix YouTube fridge so nice if you want to chill on evening great location and pancakes delicious room was massive and I had free upgrade 😀

"Good value for money"

Really great quality-price. Room is clean and spacious. The staff is really helpful and organise good and cheap tours for Halong Bay and bus for other cities.

Not very “cosy”. A bit cold vibe. But is really nice anyways.
