Aroma Cat Ba Sea View Hotel

I booked a single room, but the hotel was very generous and offered to upgrade me to a sea-view room. The room is very spacious and clean.

Room size is good and beds are comfortable.

Very poor breakfast.The whole area is currently under construction and this affects the quality of service. For the price paid, you can't ask for much more.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff and a convenient location.

However, the breakfast was underwhelming and could be improved.

We had a lovely 4 nights stay. The rooms are spacious, true to photos. They can accommodate breakfast options when our child has food allergies.

Room is big and comfy. Clean beds, sheets and towels. Bathroom is big and clean. Also aroma travel arranged our transfer from hanoi and daily tours. (Many thanks) Good location. Near to everywhere.

Breakfast need attention.

Really lovely hotel felt very fancy, in a great location with a balcony and the room was really large and clean with a huge shower and all the amenities we could need! We were super impressed especially by how cheap it was.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and beds were comfy.

It was clean but seems like it needed a deep clean

Great value for money, my room was big, clean and comfortable. The English speaking woman on reception was very helpful and got me scooters and booked my return bus. Banana pancakes for breakfast were great! Also the little restaurants and cafes nearby are good and cheaper than the main town for coffee etc.

There is adjacent construction that can be noisy (the lady said they have a month to finish it and was very apologetic about it). It’s a little outside the main town but this really isn’t an issue. No duvet just a sheet…which is absolutely fine, I’m just a spoilt westerner who likes turning down the AC and snuggling under a quilt.
