Friendly staff, really comfortable beds, nice room.

The food is always fresh and flavorful. It’s close to some lovely beaches. The staff are very dedicated and supportive, ensuring a great experience.

The view from the room was good, and having a travel agency in the lobby is useful. Staff are friendly.

Good luck sleeping. Next to a late night karaoke bar that you could hear from blocks away (for some reason i'll never understand), then jackhammering inside the building starts at 6am! Which is fine because, unlike the pictures, our huge window didn't have a curtain on half of it so the sunrise will wake you up regardless. The bathroom is leaking from the toilet, leaking from the sink, and the rusty+moldy shower doesn't drain properly and has no hot water. Lamps and the minifridge aren't plugged in, and the nearest socket to the fridge is blocked by a cabinet; it's like a toddler is designing and maintaining this room (601). There's also exposed wiring in the bathroom for good measure. Oddest of all, the name on the front of the hotel doesn't say Aroma at all. The breakfast is mediocre, and a good portion of their limited menu apparently isn't available. Also, linens were dirty, though that's no surprise. Lastly, the room is big. Why is that a negative? It takes a surprisingly long time (almost an hour) for the room to cool down from it's natural 28 degrees.

Bathroom was very bad, communication with the reception in English was not possible, breakfast was very poor, not clean , price is too high for such a room.
