Had a wonderful stay at this newly built hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel is also very affordable considering the quality and amenities offered. Another big plus is the great location, making it convenient to explore nearby places. I visited with my mom, and I can confidently say it is a very safe and comfortable place for women travellers as well. Highly recommended for a comfortable and value-for-money stay!:-)

Had stayed at their previous property as well during a work trip, but this newly built hotel is on another level altogether. Easily one of the best properties in Mussoorie right now. Much more luxurious, beautifully designed, and located at a prime location which makes traveling very convenient. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout the stay. The food was also very good and exceeded expectations. Despite offering such a premium experience, the hotel is still quite affordable. The ample parking space was another major plus and made the stay completely hassle-free. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mussoorie!

While I appreciate the overall quality of the property and the food, which are both commendable, I am compelled to highlight serious concerns regarding the service standards. The delay in service was highly disappointing. For instance, I ordered tea around 9:00 AM but received it only after 10:00 AM, despite multiple follow-ups. Similarly, my breakfast order was placed before 10:00 AM, yet it remained incomplete even after a considerable wait. Additionally, there was no hot water available in the washroom in the morning, and the issue could not be resolved until 1:00 PM. This caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on basic service preparedness. Parking is another area of concern. The property does not have adequate parking arrangements, which creates unnecessary hassle for guests. Such lapses in service and basic amenities significantly impact the overall guest experience. In the hospitality industry, service consistency is as important as infrastructure and food quality. Offering a property that appears to deliver a premium stay, but falls short on essential services, leads to dissatisfaction and negative impressions. I strongly urge you to address these gaps urgently. If these issues persist, it will inevitably result in continued negative feedback and may impact your reputation and repeat business.
