Чистота - квартира была неубрана, а именно, пыль под кроватью и в других точках, паутина в углах, грязная посуда осталась в посудомойке. Также стоит отметить, что сантехника и другие элементы квартиры были очень изношены. Из мелочей - сильный запах гари из камина. Соотношение цена/качество неудовлетворительно.

The property was very dirty. Stains, hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom. The owner usually doesn't even respond to messages. The pictures on the ad are not relevant at all because in reality the property is much older and neglected. It says it has air conditioning but in fact it has cooling units that work by pushing the pipe through an open window - more heat comes in than goes out. We asked for a cot, we got it without bedding so it was unusable. It smelled like it had been sitting in a garage for years.

The owner is incompetent. We were unable to access the apartment with the information he provided. I had asked several days in advance for the check in codes etc as I was traveling from Hungary and would not have internet except for connecting to wifi. He waited until 12:30 of the day of our arrival to send additional check in instructions, but I did not receive them for lack of internet connection. I also informed the owner I do not speak Italian and he insisted on sending all messages in Italian. I have lived in Italy for 4 years off and on and I know that even when translating Italian into English a lot gets lost in the translation. He refused to acknowledge message that I don't speak Italian so I was left translating all his messages. Mind you his conversations withe were few and far between but after I sent him a message we could not enter his apartment he started bombarding me with messages, again in Italian. I realize the owner may not speak English, but for the sake of his booking clients he should be the one translating Italian to English. As a result of much frustration even before arriving at the property and being unable to access the apartment after a long days drive, I was more than furious that I had to find and pay for a hotel. When I asked to be reimbursed he went on to say the second party staying at the apartment hadn't provided their documents, which was untrue as I uploaded all of info prior to arrival. If for some reason there was a missing document he should have told me before hand. I even messaged him that I had sent all documents. Please don't your safe a favor and avoid the frustrations and lack of communication this owner provides.

Perfect size for a couple. Great location with a short walk to the city center. House manager was very friendly and helpful. He provided a great overview of the apartment.
