Palladio Apartment - In Centro con Garage, Vista Fiume, Jacuzzi

Everything, especially breakfast, best so far in Italy 🇮🇹 😋 ..Availability of shuttle as we had frequent trips to airport, our luggage had been lost.

Great apartment for our family (with 3 children) and easy walk to the center of Vicenza. Parking garage was easy to use. Located right next to a very good gelateria.

A little tricky sorting out check in, but the property management were responsive in helping us.

I description and the pictures indicate higher quality. In fact it is a time travel to 80s. Aircon only in the bedroom. Not really for 4 person. We were happy to leave, luckily we only had to stay one night. Supposed to do an online self-checkin ourselves, that we could not do on the mobile so finally the landlord do it - which should be his/her job anyway in my view. I find it realively highly priced, but I was not checking other accomondation in the city much. But seem to be high compared to other cities we have visited in the region. I also did not like that the landlord was keep pushing us via email to either write a 10 points review here in booking or let him know what the problem was otherwise but via email. they were keep writing in Italian. I would have appreciate at least English. I can use google translate, yes. But maybe the landlord could do the same effort... Minimal effort from the landlord asking a high price and then pushing to a 10 point review? Well, no comment...

The location of the apartment is great, the level of cleanliness

The apartment was offered for booking for five people, but is defacto more comfortable for three or at most four, or a family with up to two children. It is recommended to make cosmetic repairs on the walls and fix the lockers in the bedroom.

It was close to city center

It should be renovated. There is AC only in a bedroom. It is hot in a livingroom. There are ants in the bathroom.

We really liked the location of the apartment with a great view along with the ability to walk to everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. The availability of a garage, apartment size, and having the ability to do laundry n the apartment was great.

We were given instructions to download an app to get into the apartment, which required cell service. If you do not have cell service it is a problem. When asked about a backup key, there was one to get into the building but not one for the apartment door. There is no welcome/instruction book on the operations of the apartment, such as wifi, how to adjust thermostat, . The bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. The bathtub\shower had mold.

Great location. The flat was wonderfully equipped with all necessaries, even more than what we were expecting. Kitchen was clean, as well as the rest of the flat. Comfortable bed, wonderful view from both of the rooms. Wi-fi worked well, heating as well. Easy and pleasant communication with the owner. Can highly recommend!

It was dirty, hair in the bathtub from previous guests there was bengay smeared on one of the pillows the mattress had stains on it, drinks where at a charge, there was balls of dust and insects nests on the ceiling. Dirty flatware in the drawers, mold in the tiles. Ac did not work. Lock didn’t work they took an hour to come let me in.
