- Check in chaotique (il n’y a de réception donc le voyageur doit trouver lui-même quelqu’un pour son propre accueil). Même chose au checkout - le checkout se fait en fait au niveau du restaurant au 3ieme étage mais personne ne nous en informe. La communication n’est pas leur point fort. - Aucune explication sur les points pratiques de l’endroit (heure de départ, heure du petit dej, etc.) - Pas d’essuie pour la piscine - Pas de transat (juste des poufs qui n’ont pas l’air frais)

We really enjoyed our stay at Sapiens. The location by the river was lovely and peaceful and a great place to spot wildlife. The breakfast was great.

It was difficult to get hot water from the shower. The pool area and bathrooms were a bit tired looking. For 100 dollars a night it was a bit expensive for the standard. We would stay again in low season when prices are bit lower.

All the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was well decorated, the garden, the pool, the view and the cafe were all amazing. The beds, the room, the pool were very clean.

Location is a bit far from the beach. If you have a scooter no problem, otherwise you can use a tuktuk or walk 15 mins to the beach. The bed was a bit squeaky.

Cadre très agréable, reposant. L’atelier de bagues est top. Chambre spacieuse, les pancakes au petit déjeuner, une tuerie.

Pas de boisson chaude incluse dans le petit déjeuner. Eau chaude un jour sur deux, hôtel très bruyant et loin de tout.

Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel, für uns perfekt. Alle mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstück und der Kaffee waren super!

Die Betten haben etwas gequietscht
