It's all about the view and the peacefulness of the property. We enjoyed feeling nature all around us! The apartment was simple, but quite comfortable.

We had not planned for the hike down the stairs with our luggage. While it's a charming entry, it was challenging for us seniors!

A fabulous property, and only a three minute walk to town. The view when you walk in is absolutely stunning. They were very friendly, and super helpful, readily available by phone. It would’ve been great to be able to cook while I was there, but with no spices, or condiments, or cooking oil… I would’ve had to buy more groceries than I would want to. I would absolutely stay again. I’m a little bit of a Goldilocks when it comes to how I like the bed I sleep in, and I would still stay there again. 9.5/10

There are a few suggestions I have, one of which is to have some spices and cooking oil available for guests. The other suggestion is to have a sign that people can see from the street, that tells people they are at your accommodation. I walked by three times with Google maps open, and then had to call because the mailbox is completely hidden by an ocean spray bush in full bloom. With all that said, the truly care about their guests, while maintaining respect for themselves and their own space. It’s a beautiful balance, where you can’t help but admire and respect the hosts and their property.

Cozy studio apartment. Nice alcove with cushions. Great view and location. Convenient parking. Good free WiFi.

Bed was hard.

The view was fantastic! Wouldn’t have traded this for the world.

The linens and what not all smelled very odd. My wife said they smelled like cats. We felt things were very basic for the price.

The location with the view of the ferry coming and going was wonderful both during the day and at night. The room was very comfortable and we loved the large windows with a view of the harbor. The property is very close to several restaurants we found and enjoyed. We are already looking forward to going back.

We had no downside issues.
