Seafront Cottage - The Nook

Stunning location and property was perfect!

The bath wouldn’t not fill up easily the water runs out very fast and you have to wait for it to heat up again to keep filling bath it takes 3 tanks to have a bath! Also the cleaner has a very bad attitude which I found uncalled for and was at the property two hours early on the Sunday trying to get the keys off us which I wasn’t impressed with….

Great location on the seafront and the bath was amazing!

Parking was exceptionally difficult with a baby. This place is not really suitable for families for that reason - I had to park up a hill and walk 5 minutes which is fine as a single person but very difficult when you have bags and a 9 month old! Also I was woken up at 10pm by a guest of another flat banging hard on the door as the flat he was staying in wasn’t signposted very well. This was quite frightening - not the owners’ fault but not signposted well so likely to happen again! Also the cupboards and utensils etc smelled a bit musty and could do with a clean

Self catering

Beautifully decorated but wash hand basin in bathroom awful. Water would not drain away. Obviously a very bad design. Very comfortable and smart living/kitchen area but kitchen would be improved by teapot, egg cups and milk jug, also very limited cutlery etc.

No sofa or very good wheelchair access
