Kope Hale Farm House near Hilo & Volcano National Park

Nice, comfy and clean apartment, quick response from owners when there was a question. Quiet area except for the coqui frogs that gave a concert every evening. It didn’t bother us though. Great value for money.

Loved it. The location was good. The host were amazing. We got to harvest, fresh tomatoes, green beans, papaya, peppers, blackberries, spinach, and more. It was a great location to see the volcano and beautiful sun rises. We had a private farmhouse with our own kitchen, bedroom and living room room. We made delicious meals every night. We met the owners and they were amazing. We would stay here again.

Everything was great, there could be a couple more clean towels, and cleaning supplies.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Es liegt etwas abgeschieden aber ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Uns hat die Ruhe gut gefallen aber das ist subjektiv.

The house was nice and seemed like new construction. The beds were comfortable and kitchen appliances were new. Odd that there wasn't a rice cooker.

When we arrived, there was very little water pressure. Made it difficult to shower. We went to dinner and when we returned, there were cockroaches in the sink and on the kitchen floor. There was no book or sheet with contact numbers. I sent a text. The water pressure was restored later the following day, and cockroaches were gone. A spray to kill them was on the counter.
